Features

On Demand Printing. Print high-quality documents on-demand and at speeds up to 105 ppm. New LED exposure technology and enhanced screening means your bizhub PRO 1051 will output documents at 1,200 dpi resolution with 256-grayscale reproduction.

Superior Paper Handling. A standard paper capacity of 3,000 sheets can be expanded to 14,000 sheets (with options) for longer un-interrupted print runs. Options are also available for vacuum fed paper handling.

User Friendly Design. A compact, intelligent design allows you to arrange your production printer in over 40 configurations to suit the needs of your on demand printing environment. Plus, the bizhub has intuitive controls and document preview to minimize user error.

Advanced Scanning. Scan to a variety of locations at speeds up to 105 ppm using your bizhub. The device will streamline your workflow with features such as Scan-to-SMB, Scan-to-HDD, Scan-to-FTP, and Scan-to-Email.

Perfect-Bound Books. On demand printing has never been more efficient. Finishers can be added to expand the capability of your bizhub PRO 1051 and enable you to create a variety of professional quality materials including: multi-hole punched and stapled documents, perfect-bound books up to 600 pages, saddle-stitched booklets up to 200 pages, and folded booklets in six varieties including gatefold and z-fold.

Seamless Device Management. PageScope Web connection allows you check the status of your production printer via the internet and PageScope Direct Print lets you send PDF or TIFF files to your bizhub without using print drivers or application software.

Simple Print Management. Printgroove software makes managing print jobs simple. It offers last-minute job ticket editing, device priority settings, CSV data import/export, workflow visualization and digital "white board" job tracking with real-time status display of your on demand printing environment.

Automatic Document Feeder: On demand printing is easier than ever with this 100-sheet paper capacity accessory that automatically feeds documents into the bizhub PRO 1051

FD-503 Folding and Punching Unit: Fold documents in six different orientations including: half-fold, z-fold, gate-fold, letter fold-in, letter fold-out, and double-parallel-fold. Also 2- and 3-hole punches and inserts pre-printed sheets

FS-521 Stapling Unit: Provides stapling for up to 100 sheets including 2-point and corner stapling at variable lengths. In addition, this finisher offers auto-shift sorting and grouping with output of 3,000 sheets

GP-501 GBC Punching Unit: Punches letter sized sheets and includes replaceable die sets for velo bind, plastic comb, wire bind, color coil and pro click

LS-505 Stacking Unit: Stacks up to 5,000 sheets, with the ability for two units to be installed in tandem for a maximum 10,000-sheet capacity. The stacking unit features a trolley mounted stacker with auto-shift stacking and a paper clamp mechanism

PB-502 Perfect Binding Unit: The perfect binding unit brings on demand printing and binding easily into your workflow with a hot-melt glue binding system that provides integrated 1-sided trimming of cover sheets and booklet-making from 307 x 221 mm. Allows you to create books from 10 sheets up to 30 mm spine width

PB-503 Perfect Binding Unit: Same as PB-502 except this unit has trolley based output and book stacking capability. Can be combined with stapling unit FS-521

PF-702 Paper Feed Unit: 3 drawers, up to 6,000 sheet paper capacity

PF-703 Paper Feed Unit: 3 drawers with air-suction technology and paper capacity up to 5,000 sheets

RU-506 Relay Unit: Sheet reverser adapts processing speed to 120 ppm

SD-506 Saddle-Stitching Unit: Create booklets up to 50 sheets using this saddle-stitching unit that unites on demand printing and finishing into one device. The saddle-stitch unit also has the ability to multi-letter fold and multi-half fold up to five sheets.
